In 2013 Dean was asked to join Clive Bull on his LBC show to answer legal questions from listeners. It turned out to be a big success so Dean was asked to join Clive on his show every Sunday on what would be called ‘The Consumer Hour’.
Dean continued to join Clive every Sunday until 2020 when the bosses at LBC offered him his own dedicated show ‘The LBC Consumer Hour’.
The LBC Consumer Hour airs every Friday at 9pm. During the show Dean deals with a wide range of issues, including questions relating to:
- Flight delay and cancellation
- Holidays
- Insurance
- Purchase of goods and services issues
- Parking tickets
- Dodgy builders
- Banks
- Loans
- Credit and debit cards
- Energy and phone providers
- Scams
