I am passionate about consumer rights, educating the nation on their consumer rights, and helping consumers with their legal problems.
I have been a qualified lawyer for more than 20 years, during which time I have represented A-list and other celebrities, many of the retailers on the high street and online, airlines, travel companies, and blue chip corporations.
I now use all of this knowledge to exclusively help consumers via the media. In this respect I am delighted to be providing free legal advice to consumers twice per week as follows:
