New ‘Mrs Arbitrator’ Section on The Consumer Lawyer

I am delighted to announce a new section on ‘The Consumer Lawyer’ to be called ‘Mrs Arbitrator’, authored by experienced arbitrator Jo Dunham.

Jo will be providing information, advice and tips in relation to taking your complaints about communications providers, energy providers, holiday companies and retailers to ADR (alternative dispute resolution). This advice is really important, as many traders now subscribe to ADR, meaning that this is the next step when the trader rejects your claim.

Jo will also be posting weekly case studies, highlighting consumer complaints, the trader’s response and the reasoning for her decision.
